UNDP Chairs:
Tala Alibrahim
Tala Alibrahim is a senior in Al Mawakeb Barsha, her MUN journey began in the 11th grade. Initially hesitant, she quickly realized how much it helped her grow both academically and socially. MUN taught her confidence, leadership, and a deeper understanding of who she is. It also educated her on global issues, making her more self-aware and informed. Tala is thrilled to be chairing this conference and can not wait see what it holds!
Reem Mohamed
Reem Mohamed is a Senior at Al-Mawakeb Garhoud, whose MUN journey began in the 9th grade, as an AMSIMUN’22 delegate. She has attended 7 conferences so far – some as a delegate, others as a chair - and has won several awards over the course of her MUN career. Most importantly, however, she’s made great friends and gained necessary knowledge that she loves sharing and discussing. MUN helped hone Reem’s speech and research skills, which coincidentally helped her a lot with school, extra-curriculars and ever her personal life. Reem is deeply honored to be chairing her very first committee in the same conference that started her adventure, is excited to meet all the delegates, and hopes to make it a fun experience for all!
