World Health Organization (WHO) Chairs:

Aljuri Rajab

Aljuri Rajab, a junior at Al Mawakeb Al Barsha, has been passionate about Model United Nations (MUN) since the ninth grade. Her journey into debate began unconventionally—her brother, a former head of MUN, encouraged her to join AMSIMUN ’23, but she initially refused. Taking matters into his own hands, he signed her up without her knowledge. Rather than backing out, she embraced the challenge, discovering a passion for diplomacy and tackling unfamiliar perspectives. From that moment on, she eagerly attended every conference, gaining invaluable experience and forming lasting connections. Whether it’s your first conference or your twelfth, Aljuri is excited to be your chair at AMSIMUN ’25!

Mohamed Khadhaouria

Mohamed Khadhaouria, a senior with three years of Model United Nations experience, is honored to serve as the chair for this conference. Throughout his MUN journey, Mohamed has developed a passion for international relations and a commitment to fostering productive dialogue. He brings with him honed skills in diplomacy, public speaking, and critical thinking, which he is eager to utilize in guiding delegates. Mohamed's goal is to create an inclusive and engaging environment where every participant feels empowered to contribute their unique perspectives. He looks forward to facilitating thoughtful debates, encouraging collaborative problem-solving, and nurturing the development of innovative solutions to global challenges. Mohamed is excited to witness the creativity and diplomacy that delegates will bring to the sessions and is dedicated to ensuring a rewarding experience for all participants as they explore pressing issues, challenge assumptions, and work towards a more cooperative world.
